Andrea is a Registered Dietitian who believes nutrition should support your life—not complicate it. She takes a realistic and personalized approach, helping clients build sustainable habits that fit into everyday life. She takes the time to listen and truly understand each client’s goals, challenges, and lifestyle so care feels supportive, collaborative, and practical. Her goal is to make nutrition approachable—and even enjoyable—so clients can improve their health while staying focused on what matters most to them.

Through her work with Ixcela’s metabolite testing, Andrea brings curiosity and enthusiasm to understanding each client’s unique biology. She translates complex data into clear, actionable steps to help address concerns like low energy, digestive issues, and overall wellness.

Andrea earned a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University and completed her dietetic training across clinical and community settings, including acute care, food service, outpatient counseling, pediatrics, renal nutrition, and sustainability. She also brings a background in communications, client-focused roles, and fitness coaching, shaping her ability to connect with clients and provide encouragement, confidence, and meaningful guidance.

Outside of work, Andrea enjoys golfing, strength training, cooking, and getting outside for walks—usually with a coffee in hand. She loves spending time with family and friends and can often be found at the beach with her husband and their golden retriever, Maple.
