Lynx Fitness Club will offer members access to Ixcela test kits and, using members’ Ixcela results, Lynx Fitness Club’s trainers and onsite nutritionist will work directly with members to improve their overall health outcomes.

The Ixcela approach focuses on restoring internal health using a sophisticated, yet simple, pinprick blood test that evaluates key metabolites associated with the gut microbiome. Ixcela develops personalized solutions based on the blood test results to improve the gut microbiome through fitness plans, dietary supplements, and nutritional plans. A balanced gut microbiome coupled with a healthy diet and regular physical activity can improve immune function, energetic efficiency, cognitive acuity, and emotional balance—aligning with Lynx Fitness Club’s mission of redefining and creating the best fitness community in Boston.
