Sales and Marketing Specialist Jonathon Kurtz supports Ixcela’s pro partners by providing detailed product descriptions, explaining client benefits, and helping providers integrate the Ixcela testing into their practice. He also works with the marketing team to increase efficiency. The Ixcela team values Jonathon's ability to convey information in a relatable way while establishing and fostering customer relationships.
Fascinated by all things business, especially marketing and brand awareness, Jonathon studied business management at the University of Wisconsin—La Crosse. Combining his passions for cooking and customer service, he worked in the restaurant and fine dining industry for thirteen years. As a supply chain specialist for a large company, he directly supported national account customers’ international product flow.
Jonathon is a lifelong learner who has always been mindful of health and wellness. In high school, he competed in cross country, track, football, soccer, golf, tennis, and wrestling. In his free time, Jonathon enjoys mountain biking, golfing, fishing, and camping. He became fluent in Spanish while volunteering in Bolivia and he absolutely loves live music. His favorite band is Phish.
