1 hand protein, 1/2 thumb fat, 1 fist low carb

Ingrdients

  • 1 serving whey protein powder, vanilla or chocolate flavored protein powder is recommended
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup raw spinach
*Consider adding a tablespoon of nut butter or avocado to add a thumb of fat or a ½ cup of fruit to add a cupped hand of high carbs.
